Imagination of the real

A poster with photos is hanging from the ceiling. These are stretched vertical pics on paper. Working size 500 x 1500 mm. Viewers can walk between them looking carefully at the details. The photographs swing after the wind blows or visitors’ movements. The main specialty – on all this photos people are carved. We can’t see but the empty transparent shapes. The modern photography with digital correction instruments is developing so strong that it’s getting impossible to trust an image. The photography has lost its informational function, having concentrated on decorating. The absence of the main object invokes to reveal the fantasy. The shapes give basis for the imagination, and the environment in frame creates conditions for the story’s development. But a person itself - is a 100% figment of the viewer’s imagination.
