Anthology City
Anthologies are studies of seemingly ordinary things that we encounter every day. We see the same streets in front of us, follow the same route, visit the same coffee shops, talk to the same people. We don't notice the charm and uniqueness of the everyday. But if you set a goal to explore the small world in which you live, you will discover beauty that you never expected until now. Each collage in the project is small pieces of everyday things, the combination of which creates unexpected stories. Public transport stop where in one place throughout the year at different times, weather, seasons shots of passing buses are taken. Streets from big cities and small villages from different parts of Europe with elements of houses of different eras, sizes, and styles. And opposite is a village street where every fence is like a story of the family that lives in that house. Combining elements of everyday life, the author creates a new reality, conveys the beauty and unexpectedness of the surrounding world In 2024, the "Anthologies" project won second place at the IPA International Photography Awards photo contest in the Fine Art-Collage category
